Required 12th grade meningococcal vaccine information
Students involved will have till the 30th day of school to get this vaccine. Per law the student should be excluded starting on the 30th day of school if they have not received this vaccine. This vaccine is available at the student’s Primary Care Physician and Davidson County Health Department. Parents will need to call for an appointment.
